Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections for international orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier’s website to see the estimated delivery date.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Items
